You can edit the properties of any user you have created through Mission Control Service Management (MCSM). To begin, login to Mission Control. Once at the homepage, click on Service Management area.
Hover over the Users tab, then click Users or click All Users in the User Management frame:
Click on the users name to expand out the User Functions and Account Status menus, then click Edit User:
Click on any section to expand it out:
Please find below a table detailing what each field means:
|User Details||Here you can set the names for the user, including the Display Name, which will change the name that your emails show as coming from.|
|Password Reset||Enter a new password here in order to change the user's password.|
|Account Setting||This section lets you enable and disable a user's account and control the expiry of their password.|
|Email addresses ||You can configure aliases here.|
Once all the sections are configured as desired, click Provision.
