Sometimes everybody needs a little bit of help and with our new platform it's even easier to get support when you need it. Aside from giving us a call, you can lodge a support request via The Console. After you have logged into The Console. Select 'Support' tab from the navigation bar. Here you can review a list of previous cases as well as viewing their status.
