Mission Control [MCAM]

Description

Mission Control Account Management is the Control Panel where you can manage many of the functions of your account and website, including managing email accounts, purchasing add-ons, configuring your website, and more. You have access to a range of settings through Mission Control, such as:

Services

  • Purchasing domain names
  • Purchasing Managed Exchange products
  • Purchasing POP email products
  • Purchasing a hosting bundle
  • MySQL & MSSQL server hosting

Support Jobs

  • Logging jobs for support technician
  • Monitor existing job requests

  • Allocating services to users
  • Viewing reports
  • Searching for users

Account Profile

  • Setting permissions for your users
  • Updating your current contact details
  • Viewing your Account Balance

Accessing Mission Control

Once your account has been created, you will be issued a Welcome Letter, via email. The Welcome Letter will contain important details about your account, including the User Name and Password you will use to access Mission Control. You should file this email for future reference.
