**Resolved** POP Mail Infrastructure Scheduled Maintenance 

We would like to advise customers of maintenance being performed on the underlying storage infrastructure for our legacy email platforms.
This work is being performed over two nights in separate batches to minimise impact and disruption. The change is a small piece of a large body of work we have undertaken to assist with our business merges, and to facilitate better performance and scaling for customers moving forward.
The changes will cause a small disruption to the mail service overnight. We will have administrators and engineers monitoring the change and on standby to deal with any complication should any occur.

Service Impact:

We expect that customers will see a period of approximately 30mins during the maintenance window where email services (email access, sending and receiving) may be unavailable. There will be no emails lost during this period. Customers may need to re-authenticate after being disconnected from their mailboxes.
