Payment methods accepted by WebCentral

Description

WebCentral accepts payments of invoices by several methods.

Each of these methods is outlined on your bill, in a section at the bottom of the first page. For your convenience, we'll outline them here, as well.

Credit Cards

Webcentral accepts multiple types of credit cards:
  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Diners Club

Pay by Mail

On the reverse of your bill, you will see a small slip containing sections for credit card or cheque information. You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club or Cheque/Money Order. Simply fill in the required information, making the slip (and cheque, if applicable), payable to 'WebCentral', and return the slip to:

BPAY

For instructions on how to make BPAY payments, please contact your bank. To view your Biller Code and Biller Reference numbers, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log into the Console
  2. Click on the Billing tab
  3. Locate the invoice you wish to pay and click Pay now
  4. Note down your BPay biller code and BPay reference and use them to make payment to us from your bank

BPAY payments can take up to 3 business days to complete, so make sure you are pay with enough notice to avoid any late payment fees.

Online payments

You can make a secure online payment with a credit card via our website. Paying your invoice will different depending on where you manage your account.

The Console

You can pay using our secure online payment form here, or simply log in to your account and click on the Billing tab. Refer to the picture below to find the Billing tab.
Console invoices are typically 7 digits long.

If you manage your account through MCAM, please refer to the URL below:

MCAM online payments can be done here.
MCAM invoices are typically 9 digits long.
