There are going to be times when you just can’t get to your computer and you need to check your emails. You might be at a friend’s house, at another office or even in another country. Aside from accessing your emails on your mobile device, you can also access mail through a web browser.
Webmail is accessed through different URL's depending on your platform:
For Legacy and newly migrated customers, head to: https://me-au.server-secure.com/owa
For MCAM customers, use this URL: https://exchange.server-secure.com
For new Linux/Windows plans, use: webmail.partnerconsole.net
For new cPanel plans, you login to webmail via your cPanel control panel.
Once there you will be asked to login using your email address and password.
If any emails appear to be missing, that you normally see in your mail program (such as Outlook) it could be because your mailbox is a POP mailbox. This is designed to download all of your mail to your office computer. OWA can only see mail stored on the server, which, in a POP setup, should only be new mail waiting to be downloaded to your computer.
