The WebCentral technical service team would like to advise customers that we are currently working to resolve performance issues affecting our Cloud Network Infrastructure.
Our Network Administrators along with our 3rd party provider are actively working to resolve the issue and restore service as a priority.
Over the weekend we did experience intermittent performance related issues affecting our company websites along with our customer sites, impact was to all cloud web services.
We believe this issue is related to our load-balancers. An attempt was made on the Monday the 4th May 2015 at 10:00PM to apply a hotfix to reduce the overall impact to our network and customers, unfortunately this hotfix was unsuccessful and the change was rolled back.
WebCentral acknowledges this performance issue directly impacts customers and their business and can advise customers that we are actively working on this issue as our top priority.
