Service appears to be restored. It may take some time for certain functionality to return for some customers, depending on your network. If you are still experiencing difficulties after approximately an hour, please contact our support team for further troubleshooting.
Some customers may currently be experiencing issues accessing their Managed Exchange or POP mail service. We are aware of this problem and our Technical Teams are working to resolve this issue as a priority. Affected customers may experience mail delays and/or mail delivery errors.
Cloud & cPanel mail systems are not affected by this issue.
We regret that at this time we cannot provide an estimate of when this service will be returned to full operation, although we will be updating our Service Alerts page with progress reports as work continues.
