While we await for telstra to resolve this problem, you can change your DNS to use Google's Nameservers as a temporary fix:
Our Customer Service team would like to advise that we are currently experiencing an outage on our hosting platforms for customers using Telstra DNS.
The outage is affecting the resolution of customer’s websites, email being sent and received and access to our management platforms. The current outage with Telstra affects clients on our cloud, cPanel and email based hosting solutions.
Our engineers are currently working with both our providers and our internal teams to provide a resolution.
